Really lovely company and people to deal with. I ordered a heat pad from the website but when it arrived I realised it wasn't what I needed (it was mains power only). I contacted Heavins and they are facilitating a replacement alternative device that will suit my requirements and refund me the difference in price. I don't normally leave reviews but they were so helpful and easy to deal with, cannot recommend them enough.

Hi, I called Heavins in Regards to a Sage Creasista Nespresso coffee machine. I was looking for on line on Heavins website. I spoke to Michael there he was very helpful as I was having trouble getting it on line as storm Amy had arrived & internet down as power went out he told me not to worry that he would put aside coffee machine for me & I could pick it up Mon or tuesday. He really was so helpful & went above & beyond. I called in today Monday 6th October & spoke to Niamh there she was also very helpful. She Got Michael & I got coffee machine he even brought it out to the car for me. Very happy with my purchase & the customer service at Heavins. I definitely will be back for any future electronics.
