Very, very helpful staff, huge selection and great prices

I purchased a boxtherme 60 pellet stove 3 years ago and I'm very happy with the product, it has performed without a problem for the last three winters.I was told at the time of purchase that the stove would be serviced by the supplier when needed , but unfortunately this has not been my experience. I have been told that I'm on a list but one year on there is no sigh of the service people. I believe this is because I live in south Kilkenny and it's a step to far to travel from Tullamore to my village.I have recently read the manual and ended up doing the service myself. We are worried that in the event of a breakdown that we be unable to to get the stove repaired ,please be careful if buying from a supplier to far from your home Tom Tyler

Great to deal with. The 2 ladies at front of shop are wonderful. Nothing is too much trouble. I was fitting out a bathroom. They have a great selection and good prices. Would recommend.
