Thrilled to do business with Caulfields rather than buy on line, purchased a very well know brand of battery operated impact tool and drill from them, unfortunately I had a problem with ,which any make could have, but it happened to me, if I purchased them on line where would I have gone with my complaint, a long drawn out process I would say, I got a full refund from Caulfields for that brand and repurchased the same tools in a different brand with them, It pays to shop local rather online . Always a reliable source for my online orders. Good communication and a fast delivery service. Ordered on a Friday and received on the Monday. There is no issue with refunds or order changes if an item is not in stock. I would recommend Caulfield no problem.

Ordered a compressor. Took longer to be dispatched that what they said. When it arrived it was missing its box. The bubble wrap clearly wasn’t good enough packaging as the wheel was broke and a pipe was broke off. Then when it was being returned the couriers had a big issue collecting it as it didn’t have a box.
