Des Kelly Interiors Navan

We bought a new carpet recently from Des Kelly Navan. The sales personnel were wonderful, especially Luca, as was the fitter John. We are just delighted with how it all turned out!

Caoimhe was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient, taking the time to walk me through the different options and helping me choose the perfect flooring to suit my space and budget. She made the whole process easy and stress-free. The quality of the laminate is outstanding, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. Ordered new flooring from Des Kelly in Navan and the whole process was so easy. They came out to measure, we picked our flooring, and agreed a date for installation. The day before, customer service called to confirm everything was good to go. On the morning of installation, Ben rang to say they were on the way and he and his co-worker got straight to work. They had everything done in one day with no hassle. Excellent service from start to finish. Well done to all involved.

From start to finish a brilliant service. Show room staff were great, choice of carpets were great too. The quality of our carpet is fabulous and John who fitted our carpet for us was just the best. Would highly recommend them all. We’re walking on air…its amazing!

I dealt with Dermot from my local store. He was an amazing sales person. Got my floor fitting today. Brano came out on Monday but unfortunately my floor wasn't level and he had to level it costing an extra €50. Today he did an amazing job was here all day. Unfortunately I did have an issue that I didn't feel comfortable dealing with face to face so got onto my local store. I'm yet to hear back.
