JYSK Naas

If I could give ZERO i would. Paid for a wardrobe on September 9th, was aware it was unavailable to take away there & then, was told 2 weeks for delivery to Naas store. Called to store over 2 weeks later to be told 2 arrived and neither where mine & they dont know when it's due for delivery. A further 2 weeks pass, contact customer service to be told November is a possibility. Absolutely disgraceful. Manager in Naas is incompetent, rude & dismissive, staff more worried about missing gossip with other staff than dealing with customers, inagine having to argue to get a refund......will never set foot in a jysk again

Went in twice in the last three weeks. The first time they confused the product I wanted with another one, I was told the product I wanted was not only not in stock but was a discontinued product. They refused to look at the website of the product I was actually looking for which was listed as a new product that was in stock in the Naas store (and every other store) the next time I was looking for another product which was actually discontinued but one was still in the Naas store as a display. Was refused when I asked to buy it even when I offered full price. The reason given that they didn't sell displays as more stock would be in and a display would be needed. They continued to refuse even after acknowledging it was discontinued. Will not ever return here, non existent customer service

Jysk selling broken items in their store at a “reduced” price with no information about what is broken in the box. The picture shows a curtain pole they were selling for €5 cheaper with a missing end and no brackets in the pack. On the price it said “no refunds or returns”. So they are selling broken items that won’t work for a few quid cheaper than rrp + won’t allow returns…I’m pretty sure this is not legal as per consumer rights. It’s lucky we spotted the broken item before buying it, it was flagged to the staff who put it back on the shelf to be sold to another unlucky customer. Awful values and no care for anything but stealing money from customers.
