Recently purchased TV/display units from the Naas outlet. Staff were excellent, very helpful. Delivery guys were also excellent, goods were extremely well packed.

Discraful service Paid over 2k for my sofa after delivery I raised a concern Followed all the steps advised by the assistant and promised numerous times a follow up call No follow up or call from the 'manager' Visited the shop a few times and only again a week ago To be told the manager won't answer/or return the assistants calls and again no call to me again I don't believe there is even a manager I regret not purchasing from the international stores nearby This is going on 2mths now Not acceptable

Brilliant customer service from start to finish!! Great advice & help in choosing a sofa that worked for me & my needs. There was no pushy sales pitch, he listened to my comments & suggested options based around these. The couch was delivered within the time frame specified. The delivery lads were courteous, efficient & extremely tidy - taking away all rubbish /packaging with them. I’m delighted with the quality of the couch. Overall, a very satisfied customer!

Be careful, don't buy anything from this company. They will give you second-hand goods, and they say they will install them for free, and they will deliver them for free, but they will not install them. I installed them myself and still found problems. I went to the store to report it many times, and they said they would call me to solve it. They said the manager would call me, but he didn't. After two months, no problem was solved, and they just kept dragging you on.

Bought mattress , by accident got the wrong softness , after realising it'was the wrong one I contacted shop,they were very helpful and same day I got my mattress swapped for the right one with home delivery, very professional, hassle free and surprised how fast and professional it was dealt with. Staff in store also very helpful and they answered every question I had regards mattress for back problems.100% recommend
