Very expensive. Bought a CO alarm here. Only realised after I could have bought this for half the price in woodies.

Everything under one roof, a practical Alladins cave. I was looking for a specific fixing and the lady brought me right to it. Great service. 5 stars.

From the moment I stepped into the shop the lady behind the till watched me through the whole shop and when I got to the till she was so rude. Has definitely put me off going back

Rude employee. I went to exchange some batteries, and when I told him they didn’t work, he was rude and disrespectful. They should have better customer service.

Rude, aggressive, unhelpful and weird. Had to wait for him to finish a social phonecall before he would deal with me: long pauses and a bad attitude before answering anything and even made a snide remark when I was leaving. I told a member of my family about it and he had exactly the same experience, even down to the snide remarks. I always wondered why this place is constantly empty - I can see why now. And the guy actually seemed surprised when I told him I wouldn't be setting foot in there again.
