Last month I had my house key made and paid 10€ for this key? But I've only used it for a month. I'm praying it doesn't break inside the lock when I open the door because they use poor quality, flimsy materials. Also, when I went to show the key today, I think the manager's name was Josep, but maybe he didn't spell his name correctly. He said he would make a new key, but I'd have to pay extra. They made it very clear they'd fix their mistake of using poor quality materials for an extra fee. I guess they weren't helpful because I'm not Irish? Because if this happened to an Irish person, they wouldn't act like that out of fear? Unfortunately, most of the people commenting are Irish, and it's sad that I've been treated unfairly today because I'm not Irish...

Didn’t buy anything. The owner gave some good advice about an issue i had. I will definitely come back and buy.

With several items of IKEA furniture to put together last weekend we went in search of an electric screwdriver. After trying several hardware stores unsuccessfully we called into Dunville Hardware. Joe there explained that electric screwdrivers are a bit of a gimmick and that what everyone buys these days is a cordless drill, but costing way more than we had budgeted for. Joe very promptly and generously offered to lend us his own cordless drill for the weekend, and this to someone he'd never met before, fair play. Thanks, Simon
