Had such a fantastic experience when dealing with Gerard, Sales Manager at Nationwide Tiles and Bathrooms, Wholesale. Living in Northern Ireland I was struggling to source a particular tile here in the North. I found the company on line and immediately placed an on line order. There was excellent communication via email confirming the order, and at various stages thereafter. Gerard went over and above, he really did. He was truly amazing! Delivery was received on time, and I was so impressed we ordered more tiles. The cost really was extremely reasonable and delivery to the North was absolutely seamless. We found Gerard very honourable and kind, rare qualities indeed in this day and age. It was such a relief to know that we were in such safe hands. Thank you Gerard, you really did “save our bacon”. I found nationwide tiles the best value. Found so many styles i liked was hard to decide on my tiles. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Orla and Billy helped me in picking the right matches and made the whole process simple and quick. Would highly recommend.
